La console et l'installeur n'etaient construits par personne: ils n'existaient dans aucune version publiee, et la seule facon de les obtenir etait de compiler le depot. Une tache les construit desormais sur un agent Windows plutot qu'en compilation croisee: Wails n'a pas besoin de cgo sur ce systeme et la compilation croisee passerait probablement, mais probablement ne suffit pas pour un binaire qu'on demande d'executer en administrateur. Le journal recoit la section 1.3.0, ecrite avant l'etiquette comme la discipline l'exige, sans quoi la publication retomberait sur les titres de commits.
