Summary

• move module assembly to ModuleBuilder with canonical Public, Private, and Settings directories
• use a source manifest template and add manifest scaffolding, Git metadata, remote normalization, and analyzer settings export
• move tests out of source, expand analyzer compatibility settings, and isolate the temporary casing workaround
• constrain required modules to compatible major versions while leaving PSResourceGet minimum-only
