Simplify async fd reactor adapters

• collapse readiness waiting, fd draining, and reactor acknowledgement into AsyncFdRegistration
• remove the boxed readiness-guard abstraction while retaining ambient tokio and async-io integration
• add Unix datagram tests covering drain and re-arm behaviour for both reactors
• bump the crate version to 0.9.0 and update both lockfiles since this is part of the public API, although it's unlikely it's widely used
