Summary

• Relevance-based auto-recall for injected memory context (chatMessage.recall: relevant | recent | both), with scope via recallScope / memory.defaultScope and project boost for all-projects
• Opt-in memory consolidation (“dreaming”): near-dup clusters → LLM merge → soft-delete into recoverable trash; pins skipped; idle + manual run
• Soft-delete/deleted_at trash API + web UI (Trash / Dream), docs and tests

Test plan

• bun run check (format + lint + typecheck)
• bun test for recall/trash/dreaming helpers and related injection fixtures
• Enable dreaming.enabled in a local config and run Dream from the web UI once
• With memory.defaultScope: "all-projects", confirm cross-project relevant inject + project boost
