feat(dreaming): related-threshold consolidation with supersede and flag - #466

Search for similar memories before auto-capture persist and let the model choose add, update, or supersede (soft-delete into trash).
Use dreaming.relatedThreshold for grouping, support merge/update/supersede/ keep/flag actions, and allow cross-project groups when configured.
Avoid rewriting keep rows onto the representative project tag in cross-project groups. Extract pure grouping for threshold/cross-tag tests and harden pinned-candidate filtering on capture.
Surface supersededBy in trash/restore UI, roll back the new memory when soft-delete fails, and over-fetch capture candidates before pin filtering.
Retire drops first and skip keep rewrite when none soft-delete. Update translated READMEs for update-on-capture and related-threshold dreaming.
