Pure package rename, no behavior change.
Why: the CLI has been
adlc-cli workflowsince ADR-390-amendment and the outer loop is a workflow withid: factorysince ADR-391-amendment, but the engine still lived insrc/factory/. Aligns package with command + namespace v3 (.adlc/workflows/) + upstream spec-kitworkflows/layout, and avoids collision withagentic-container/.../src/engine/.What:
