[Ascend] Support batched 3D GM-to-L1 ND2NZ copies - #3689
This change supports expressing the batch as one copy:
# src and dst represent [B, M, N] regions.T.copy(src[:, :, :], dst[:, :, :])
Approach
Lower 3D GM-to-L1 copies to batched ND2NZ descriptors, preserving source batch/row strides and deriving destination batch spacing from its physical layout. Batched transpose copies use DN2NZ.
Reuse existing matrix-axis bounds handling. Source batches outside GM bounds are skipped, leaving their destination storage untouched; M/N tail padding applies only to valid batches. Existing 2D and single-matrix behavior is preserved.
The implementation targets the AscendC backend and requires a canonical matrix layout on the L1 destination. PTO support is outside this change.
Validation on Ascend950DT with CANN 9.2:
50 AscendC example tests and 1,733 Ascend unit tests passed.
Includes 28 BF16/FP32 device cases covering batch and M/N tails, fully out-of-bounds batches, non-contiguous source strides, larger destination storage, and rectangular transpose copies.
CUDA and PTO tests were excluded. The CI image uses CANN 9.3, which was not tested locally.
Adds batched three-dimensional GM-to-L1 copies for Ascend C. The lowering passes batch parameters to DMA, clamps batch tails, and limits matrix-tail fills to valid batches. Tests and documentation cover this behavior.

Summary
Batched layout and DMA lowering src/ascend/op/ascend_mte_plan.h, src/ascend/op/copy.cc, src/ascend/op/builtin.cc, src/ascend/codegen/codegen_ascend.cc
Layout normalization supports a leading batch axis. Batched DMA calls include the source batch stride, batch count, and destination matrix size.
Batch bounds and matrix-tail padding src/ascend/op/oob_padding.cc, src/ascend/op/oob_padding.h, src/ascend/transform/insert_oob_padding.cc, testing/ascend/transform/test_ascend_copy_bounds.py
Batch tails clamp to the remaining source batches. Fully out-of-bounds batches skip DMA and fills. Matrix-tail fills apply only to valid batches. Tests cover bounds, symbolic origins, and single-matrix behavior.
Device validation and documented behavior testing/ascend/language/test_tilelang_ascend_batched_nd2nz.py, tilelang/ascend/README.md
Device tests check copied values, padding, skipped batches, and untouched destination capacity. The README describes batched-copy layout, tail handling, and target support.
The destination-origin case cannot compile, leaving the Ascend device test suite blocked. Correct the destination region before merging.

logic and apply the same rule in `ClampDMACopyTail` and `MakeL1PaddingStmts` so
valid single-matrix copies with non-trailing source axes retain 2D normalization
before batched geometry is selected. Add the `(16, 32, 1)` to `(1, 16, 32)`
shape-conversion case to the existing test family.

before the descriptor is emitted at the args.push of src_range[0]->extent,
following the existing matrix-axis bounds check; reject oversized batches and
add a case to the existing bounds tests.

Use a four-batch destination region for the destination-origin case.
target[1, 0, 0] remains a singleton destination range through AscendInsertOOBPadding. GM-to-L1 lowering classifies the copy as batched, then raises ICHECK because the four-batch source exceeds the singleton destination. The device test therefore fails during compilation.
