Onboarding: fix personal-team builds, then activate production QR links #2233

Description

@timohueser

Current work: unblock personal-team builds

companion-ios/project.yml unconditionally enables Associated Domains. A personal development team cannot sign that capability. The owner reports that a clean obc ios-companion build fails; the local entitlement removal is not a repository fix.

  • Gate the entitlement through the existing local signing configuration, or remove it until paid-team release setup is ready. Keep the fix small.
  • Confirm a clean personal-team device build installs with obc ios-companion. Preserve simulator builds and pairing-link handling.

This source build defect is actionable during the cleanup week. It does not wait for the App Store.

Later production link activation

The fixed QR link and app handler are implemented in #2237/#2254. The coming-soon page is live through #2255. Remaining owner/external steps:

  • Supply a paid Apple team and release app identifiers.
  • Serve the association file with the selected app identifier and /app path. Verify its live response and file handling on the actual host.
  • Add the real App Store/TestFlight handoff when IDs exist.
  • Test installed/not-installed app states and two nearby unpaired devices on a real phone.

Device setup acceptance belongs to #2214. This issue does not authorize App Store publication or purchases.
