Requires Mouse support to be enabled to allow this feature. The split sizes will be saved in the configuration file, and restored across sessions.
Show a directional ↔/↕ glyph on the dashboard divider under the pointer so users can see continuous resizing is available before dragging. Tracks pointer position through the whole drag and uses a style distinct from the focused-pane border highlight
