[Docs][P1] Pin harness schema/adapter/JEV design to 0.15.29 implementation #661

Parent #657. Current source: pstack.package.json 0.15.29-grokbuild.0 at commit dea54d5; historical status in docs/guide/12-porting.md is labeled 2026-10-18 and contains a five-host history. Avoid mistaking host profile presence, a static model catalog, the current runtime proof of four OMP bindings, or a closed GitHub issue for six-harness supported status.

Deliver: a source-linked architecture note covering profile/binding/capability/host identity/package descriptor/model policy/plan/evidence/receipt schemas and validated states; eight profile matrix with six builtin host targets vs two candidate/alias profiles; role policy and spawn flows; OMP RPC v2 proof scope; default-off JEV selection, egress, transport/profile/wire schema; current limitations and explicit separation of JEV classifier from host model-role planner. Update guide/README navigation with nonhistorical status pointers; keep historical passages clearly tagged. No unsupported SDK/live claim.

Acceptance: paths and SHA audited; typo/link checks, python3 scripts/project-package.py --check, python3 scripts/verify-portable.py doctor --host all where executable, core pytest suite & docs tests on PR, no new runtime behavior. PR may satisfy documentation leaf independently of code defect fixes; link outstanding P0/P1 issues prominently.

Implementation submitted for review: draft PR #662, branch docs/audit-2026-10-20-harness-jev-contract, initial audited main dea54d5, PR head 3e744d7. This is documentation-only. PR tests and independent review are pending; keep this issue open until review, verification and merge.

2026-10-20 review refresh

PR #662 now also adds tests/test_architecture_documentation.py and extends .github/workflows/portability-offline.yml to execute it with the previously omitted JEV contract suites. The guide notes #664 official wire mismatch and custom profile endpoint caveat, grounded in current OpenCode/OpenRouter docs. Initial expanded CI failed on a stale test_select_checks.py tier expectation introduced by promoting JEV tests to the offline gate; fixed on PR branch, rerun pending. Keep issue open until CI and review pass.

Exact-head test reconciliation — 2026-10-20

• Head d6352cb5940b8f319d025caa54db1088266a7c0c, offline workflow run #39483367641: SUCCESS. Adds tests/test_architecture_documentation.py and offline JEV/advisory/rollback eval suite to .github/workflows/portability-offline.yml.
• Earlier expanded run #39482879748 failed a self-consistency test: the diff-scoped verifier still classified tests/test_shadow_routing.py as outside_gate even though it was newly included in CI. Test expectation changed to offline in the same PR; next run passed.
• Source-grounded protocol defect #664 remains not fixed: documented System One questions + answers objects do not match code's questions:[] and results:[] mocks. Other opt-in blockers remain [JEV][P0] Never transmit raw task queries or call provider on bypass routes #658/[JEV][P1] Gate advisory promotion on persisted pre-existing calibrated evidence #659/[JEV][P1] Reject nonfinite confidence, incomplete response identity and unbounded paid calls #660/[JEV][P1] Fail closed when decision-routing registry drifts from applied canonical pin #663. No native-host/real-provider proof and no independent agent reviews. Keep PR draft pending review.
