SerializesChoiceRequestto System One/v1/systemonewire format, with paid consent guard, strict JSON parsing, and fail-open error handling.scripts/route_resolver.py: Replaces universal 0.70 confidence threshold with consequence-graded per-class thresholds (CLASS_CONFIDENCE_THRESHOLDS), fences uncalibrated classes, and requires >=0.10 probability margin.tests/test_jev_transport_and_profiles.py: Full test coverage of profiles, paid guards, free retirement fallback, and wire contract.tests/test_class_calibration_policy.py: Full test coverage of per-class calibration thresholds, unknown class rejection, and margin gating.Closes #515, closes #516, closes #519, closes #520, closes #521.
