deploy: use the consolidated devnet relay names in the preset - #69

The devnet now runs one connector (relay#270): the relay reads at wss://relay.toonprotocol.dev and is paid at https://toonprotocol.dev/ilp. Move the devnet preset and the docs to those names: - deploy/.env.example: RELAY_WS, RELAY_EDGE_URL and the RELAY_WRITE_ROUTES key. The relay's NIP-11 already names https://toonprotocol.dev/ilp as its connector and g.toon.relay as the paid route. - README.md: the `nak req` check reads wss://relay.toonprotocol.dev. - deploy/README.md: the relay pin check curls https://toonprotocol.dev/ilp. - tests/deploy_keys.rs: the preset value it asserts survives keys.sh. A box already running keeps its own .env; the old names are still aliases for the same services, so nothing breaks before an operator updates. `cargo fmt --check` clean; `cargo test --locked --no-fail-fast` all pass.
