Admit validator-accepted tzuyang recovery records from pipeline-control-slice-0 onto origin/develop, keep the reconciliation manifest, and tighten Gemini category validation. Ambiguous conflicts remain empty in the manifest. Co-authored-by: twoimo <twoimo@example.com>
