Queues

Haskell really shines at concurrent programming and it makes me happy. I've love to have an example that uses TQueue and/or TBQueue.

Is my example good enough or do I need to rework it?
I wanted to show how it's possible to use TQueue and TBQueue as clear as it's possible. I hope I did it, but in case I missed something (or did something wrong), Ill be happy to fix it.

PR #18 adds one page on queues.

Queues are a topic we'd like to come back to and cover more expansively, so we will re-open this issue for the time being.
