Summary

• add a native Dagger 1 Python module for isolated K3s services
• pin K3s and Alpine images, keep state ephemeral by default, and support optional persistent state, Traefik, and debug mode
• return kubeconfig only after its matching service starts and add a real API readiness check
• commit the module-local SDK, generated core client, lockfile, docs, and Apache-2.0 attribution

This replaces Frens's need for the legacy marcosnils/daggerverse/k3s dependency with a TypeSafe-owned native module.

The repository-wide local check reached completion for the authored checks, but the local Engine was OOM-killed with exit 137 while closing the session; managed checks should provide the authoritative full run.
