Adds Lineal 0.2.0 with the missing public theme export, configuration helpers, expanded content components, richer code blocks and package-relative assets.
Fixes the export problem reported in ellsphillips/lineal#5 and ellsphillips/lineal#6 for new 0.2.0 imports. Navigation now uses a canonical heading hierarchy, logical TOC page numbers and validated progress arithmetic across overlays, frozen cards, handouts and appendices.
This is a dependent draft submission. The implementation PR must merge before publication: ellsphillips/lineal#8

Only packages/preview/lineal/0.2.0 is added. All 45 distribution files match the source revision byte for byte. Tests, scripts and generated gallery artifacts are excluded; README, MIT license, runtime source, API guides and third-party asset notices are included. Version 0.1.0 is unchanged.
Validation: 120 warning-free checks each on Typst 0.13.1 and 0.14.2, including 31,878 progress combinations and 124 heading sequences. API and theme fixtures compile from the staged @Preview namespace. The gallery was rendered and visually reviewed.
Touying is intentionally pinned to 0.7.4 to retain Typst 0.13.1 compatibility. Touying 0.8.0 requires Typst 0.15.0; the older-import notices reflect this compiler-support decision. README resources use immutable source links.
Current registry results: Lint and Test pass. The separate package version check fails on five older-import notices for this intentional Touying 0.7.4 pin; it reports no README warnings. Maintainer review is needed to accept the compatible dependency version. The library's compiler matrix is green.
