   Fixed #245, and changed header of misc module

   This issue will close once commit f7ad1fb is merged into the 'master' branch.

   Fixed with above commit, and has an impact on #181 , since now agent based subs can't be downloaded :-(

   @creoludifico You'll sadly need to check location for Agent as well
