We should slowly migrate form the nubificus services and instead use services provided by CNCF. In that context, we should replace the workflow that pushes the urunc binaries to nubificus' S3 and instead use a rolling release based on github. The release will just be a pre-release and a placeholder for all the binary artifacts. It is important to note that this is not going to replace the actual releases. It is just a pre-release to hold binaries just to migrate from S3.
