Use re-factored code in x.509 path validation

When issue veraison/go-cose#227

is fixed, upon merge of veraison/go-cose#229

Then the CoRIM Code needs tidy up to remove the code from files:
https://github.com/veraison/corim/blob/main/corim/x509chain.go

and the associated tests and start using the code from github.com/veraison/go-cose
