- Move static input-group/actions, timeline/item, chart/series, and video construction sequencing into compiled TypeScript programs, retaining native typed evaluation, storage, and OS capabilities.
- Preserve first-occurrence attribute precedence, fixed evaluation order, exact values, handler payloads, and partial failure effects; retain the original native reference implementations.
- Add protocol and complete differential tests covering all seven builders, nested expansion, callbacks, numeric boundaries, borrowed and owned storage, and allocation failures. Protocol tests pass 8/8 and compiled Debug tests pass 22/22; final signed-source gate, hosted CI, and fresh AppKit/Metal qualification follow before merge.
