  • Compile fixed-order construction programs for static markdown, code and stepper builders: the source and active bindings come first, then first-occurrence attribute channels, step-array allocation, step labels in their lexical slot or ordinary scope, and finally publication.
  • Keep the existing native capabilities for typed evaluation, exact index conversion, line-spec parsing, borrowed and owned storage, and builders. The original builder bodies are kept unchanged as reference implementations.
  • Add full-builder differential tests. They compare complete nodes, finalized trees, callback order, borrowed-buffer aliasing, duplicate precedence, invalid line metadata, exact i64 active indices, slot scopes, and every observed allocation and resize failure.

- Compile fixed-order construction programs for static markdown, code and stepper builders.
- Preserve source/active precedence, first-occurrence channels, lexical slot scope, borrowed storage and partial failure effects.
- Add full-builder differential coverage for callbacks, allocation and resize failures, and finalized trees.
