Fix integrated NDI SDK discovery on macOS

Summary

Fixes discovery and packaging of the installed NDI SDK for integrated macOS builds, including native Apple Silicon support.

Changes

• resolve the NDI SDK root using:
  1. -DndiSdk
  2. NDI_SDK_DIR
  3. /Library/NDI SDK for Apple
  4. checkout-local NDI SDK for Apple
• support both macOS x86-64 and aarch64 integrated targets
• use the current lib/macOS/libndi.dylib SDK layout
• package the NDI runtime license alongside each integrated native
• use the universal macOS NDI library for Intel and Apple Silicon

Validation

Validated locally on Apple Silicon with NDI SDK 6.3.2.

Integrated artifact

assembleIntegratedNDIArtifacts now produces:

• natives/macos/x86-64/libndi.dylib
• natives/macos/x86-64/libndi_licenses.txt
• natives/macos/aarch64/libndi.dylib
• natives/macos/aarch64/libndi_licenses.txt

Public native artifact

assembleNativeArtifacts continues to contain only Devolay JNI binaries:

• natives/macos/x86-64/libdevolay-natives.dylib
• natives/macos/aarch64/libdevolay-natives.dylib

No NDI runtime binaries are included in the public native artifact.

Scope

This PR only fixes integrated NDI SDK discovery and packaging on macOS. Maven Central publication behavior remains unchanged.
