Adds a Newton callout (portrait, Opticks quote, Gleick biography, Tyson video) with label nte-newton to lightfields-04-properties-spectral, cross-linked with the Young/Maxwell sections of human-04-wavelength-encoding. Rewrites the Newton prism paragraph, adds the annotated prism figure, adds the Gleick reference to local.bib, and moves unused spectral images to an unused folder. Not rendered; the PDF build is unchecked.
