Radiometric units table: add spectral (per nm) SI units - #56

Table 3.2 (tbl-SI-units) is introduced as the four spectral radiometric quantities but listed only total (wavelength-integrated) units. Add a spectral-unit column (nm⁻¹) and explain total vs. spectral and the photon-based alternative in the caption. Matches the Psych 221 slides (01a slide 79; 02 Color Metrics slide 28).
