Lock-only bump of
webware/webware-toolsto1.0.0-beta.5(composer update webware/webware-tools). Thecomposer.jsonconstraint (^1.0.0-beta.2) already allows it, so nothing else changes.1.0.0-beta.5is the first release that shipsagent-working-agreements.md— the file.github/copilot-instructions.mddeclares authoritative for this fleet — so the pin has to reach that tag for the reference to resolve.
