The README badge URL resolved `actions/workflows/continuous-integration.yml` inside this repository, a file this repository no longer owns now that CI runs from the organisation required workflow in webinertia/.github. The badge and its link target both returned 404. Point them at the required workflow path used by the other component repositories. Signed-off-by: Joey Smith <jsmith@webinertia.net>

The CI badge resolved
actions/workflows/continuous-integration.ymlinside this repository. That file no longer exists here, since CI now runs from the organisation required workflow inwebinertia/.github, so both the badge image and its link target returned 404. The badge image URL is swapped for the required workflow path already used by the other component repositories.
