Move the shared tooling pin to ^1.0.0-rc.7, which pins Mago 1.58.2 instead of 1.57.0, and refresh the lock against that tag.

Verification

Run locally against the new pin, with Mago resolved from the refreshed vendored mago.toml at 1.58.2:
