Creating a user dispatched the verification email and failed with
Class "PHPMailer\PHPMailer\PHPMailer" not found.webware/webware-mailerlistsphpmailer/phpmailerundersuggest("Required to use the PHPMailer-backed adapter (Webware\Mailer\Adapter\PhpMailer)"), so the host must require it; the app did not.Composer installs v7.1.1 and the class autoloads. Found in the browser, one step after webinertia/webware-usermanager#77.
