Xcode Cloud's Test action takes a scheme or test plan but cannot pass -skip-testing. The retired GitHub Actions pipeline skipped testQASweep and MarketingScreenshotTests on the command line, so an Xcode Cloud Test action on CheatSheetiOSUI would run both: a known-flaky screenshot monolith and the App Store capture suite. The new scheme carries those two skips. It skips by name rather than allow-listing, so new UI test classes still run by default. CheatSheetiOSUI is unchanged, so on-demand screenshot runs with -only-testing keep working. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Xcode Cloud disables automatic SPM package resolution and requires a resolved manifest to already exist before it will build. CheatSheet.xcodeproj is gitignored (XcodeGen output), so the normal Package.resolved location never exists in the repo. Commit the pin under ci_scripts/ and have ci_post_clone.sh copy it into place right after xcodegen generates the project, before Xcode Cloud attempts to resolve dependencies.
