Own application id so it installs next to the official wger app, a debug-key fallback when no release key is configured, and a workflow that builds the APK on every PR and publishes it on a fixed release for master. Brand the app as CT da Vila and build a sideloadable APK
The universal APK is about 100 MB, which fails to download on some phones. The arm64 build is published as gym-app.apk and the 32-bit one for old phones as gym-app-celular-antigo.apk.
