Give provisioned R1s a one-line lock-screen clock - #64

Android's big two-line clock sits over the robotOS mark that 0.6.8 puts on the lock screen. Provisioning now turns it off (lockscreen_use_double_line_clock 0), so the time sits at the top and the mark is clear.

Android's big two-line clock sits over the robotOS mark that 0.6.8 puts on the lock screen. Provisioning now sets
lockscreen_use_double_line_clockto 0, so the time sits at the top and the mark is clear. The INSTALL.md provisioning list mentions it.Checked on the R1: after setting it over USB, the lock screen shows a one-line clock at the top and the mark uncovered.
shellcheckis clean. Tools and docs only, so no app release.
