Closes the 4.4.0 follow-up: the scratch cwd that keeps headless 'claude --print' sessions out of the --continue folder still accumulates on disk. The steward cycle now calls llm_provider.purge_claude_cli_scratch() (delete *.jsonl older than 2 days, matched by scratch basename so MEMORYMASTER_CLAUDE_CLI_CWD override works). Best-effort, never raises. 76 provider tests green (+2 new), ruff clean.
