Revert PR #11: remove the published English Litepaper PDF, its bottom-page Download section, and the corresponding Next.js and Netlify attachment headers. The former
/litepaper/X-Agent-Litepaper-English.pdfURL will return 404 after publication.Why
The requested future MiCA whitepaper needs its own agreed URL. The current Litepaper PDF was published under the wrong task scope, so the user explicitly requested withdrawing its newly added URL. Existing Litepaper text and token terms remain intact.

Intentionally withdraws the new PDF URL. The original attached file and prior Git history remain recoverable. No MiCA placeholder or new URL is created by this revert.
