Updates the existing merged finfold-growth-mission submission (#34) during the review window.

What changed

• New public credential-free demo: GET https://api.finfold.app/v1/demo/mission returns one real mission generated by the exact production pipeline under an isolated, never-issued demo key. Refreshed hourly by cron across linkedin/x/reddit/xiaohongshu/wechat; on-demand generation covers cold hours; transient failures fall back to the last good mission with demo.fresh: false and typed errors when no fallback exists. The demo tracking link is live — anonymous clicks update attribution.clicks.
• In-window evidence refresh (2026-09-30): five-platform 20-call benchmark re-run against the deployed service — 20/20 successes, 95% first-attempt (one used the single allowed repair), p50 10,354 ms / p95 18,280 ms / p99 20,098 ms, ≥14 distinct validated assets, both gates passed. Fresh authenticated mission, MCP tools/list, and public-demo captures committed under source/verification/.
• Test suite: 56 → 65 Worker-runtime tests covering the demo route (fresh generation, hourly uniqueness, key isolation, public click attribution, method guard, last-good fallback, typed cold failure, concurrent warm-up, cron warm-up).
• Review commit rebinding: cfc413d1e6ae81e96a6f42f9648dd84b3a370df9 — public on joeymilano/finfold-growth-mission-api, deployed, and reported identically by /health and /.well-known/xagent-verification.json. Live artifacts first captured under code-identical parent 02be14a (docs-only commits followed); each artifact records its exact capture commit.

Local validation

Official validator passes offline and online (public-IP, pinned HTTPS, certificate, and exact-commit checks enabled; DNS via Google DoH because the workstation proxy returns reserved fake-IP answers):

status: pass
- submission structure and manifest are valid
- 56 source files present; baseline secret scan passed
- declared source version verified on GitHub
- live health check reachable and bound to the review commit
- standard deployment proof confirms control of the live service

No secrets, credentials, or fabricated outcomes are included. The 2026-09-03 historical artifacts remain committed; nothing was overwritten.

Historical projects and records remain available. Ordinary non-competition contributions, including maintenance of existing archived projects, may continue through the normal pull request process. Technical checks and archival maintenance do not establish eligibility or grant an award.
