2.2 Bounded auto-heal: re-invoke agent with trace up to two times on caught error
Done when
- on a caught runtime error the agent is re-invoked with the trace, max two attempts
- visible 'agent fixed it' trail in the thread after each attempt
- builds on the Recover beat and fix(chat): Ask Agent to Fix reaches the agent when Agent Chat was closed (#92) #95's askFix fix
