3.2b Multi-desktop workspaces (split from #102) #120
Description
Goal
Split from #102 (window snapping/tiling) to keep one purpose per PR. Aero-style tiling merged in #103; workspaces were explicitly excluded there. Far-horizon p2 per NEXT.md 3.2.
Done when
- multiple virtual desktops switchable from taskbar
- windows persist per-workspace
- e2e covers switching

Review round on PR #123: m-vawter found v-if unmount destroys other-desktop window state (chat draft cleared, Pomodoro reset) and askFix no-ops when chat is on another desktop. Fixes in progress: render os.windows with v-show, askFix switches to the chat desktop.
