docs: README still says phone viewports are unsupported (3.1 follow-up) #121
Description
Goal
README's "What DOMinic is" still says phone viewports are not supported yet and that the phone layout is roadmap step 3.1. Step 3.1 shipped in #100: below 768px, windows stack as full-width cards with drag off, and the taskbar becomes a scrollable bottom sheet. Update that one bullet so the README matches main.
Done when
- README's shell bullet describes the phone layout that shipped in feat(os): mobile responsive shell below 768px (NEXT.md 3.1) #100
- Markdown lint passes
