docs: README after Phase 0: lint scripts, the pre-commit hook, where Settings opens (0.4 follow-up) #124
Description
Goal
Phase 0 is done, and three README lines no longer match main. The scripts list predates #94 (no lint, lint:fix or test:e2e). The pre-commit hook now also runs ESLint on staged files. And Settings opens from the System panel at the top right, not the taskbar.
Done when
- README lists npm run lint, lint:fix and test:e2e
- README describes the pre-commit hook as it runs since chore(os): ESLint flat config with slice-boundary rule and lint-staged pre-commit #94
- README says Settings opens from the System panel
- Markdown lint passes
