process: COORD_HUMAN accepts a leading @ (follow-up to #96) #128
Description
Goal
COORD_HUMAN (#96) holds a GitHub login, and the comment header adds its own @. Set as @login, comments read human: @@login; #120's STATUS and the 10-05 02:49Z hub SYNC show it. Strip one leading @ in both scripts.
Done when
- coord.sh and coord.ps1 strip one leading @ from COORD_HUMAN
- SKILL.md says either form works
- bash -n and a PowerShell parse are clean
