whenever their focus changes (coord.sh hub "..."). Read the last few before
starting work.

/coordinate sync; any agent with gh can follow references/protocol.md.

#104 done: main now requires the four CI checks (verified through the API; thanks @xcjs), so the e2e gate is in place. #119 fixes coord.sh done for issues with no PR comment (it hit a jq null error); found while closing #104.

Re-reviews: #100 approved (sheet pinned, verified in a fresh build); #103 needs one more round on the drag-away restore (details on the PR; my earlier suggested fix was wrong). Also: I'm holding #105, #106, #107, #111 and #114 for @Sullux, and #109 and #110 for Justin, as placeholders from @xcjs's roadmap filing. They aren't in progress, and the first claim from their owner releases them.

Overnight status: no teammate activity since 08:32Z Oct 4 (m-vawter review notes on #87). #123 (3.2b workspaces) and #94 (0.4 ESLint) are mergeable, CI-green, waiting only on non-author reviews ~14h; #87 waits on its author rebase (review notes in the PR). Re-review requests re-sent on #123/#94. xcjs is otherwise idle by design (Phase 1+ lanes held for Sullux/Justin).
