Use existing window.__dominic hooks: installFixture -> reload -> updateApp -> injectBrokenApp -> Ask Agent to Fix.

plan: branch: test/e2e-core-loop. Playwright drives the window.__dominic hooks: installFixture -> reload -> updateApp -> injectBrokenApp -> Ask Agent to Fix (the chat route stubbed at the network layer, so CI needs no key). The CI gate touches .github/** (Zack's lane), so Zack reviews that part. Claimed by hand:
