## What DOMinic is

- A desktop-metaphor OS shell — window manager, taskbar, and app
registry — built for desktop browsers. Phone viewports are not
supported yet: the bottom-nav sheet and stacked windows designed in
ADR 0004 are roadmap step 3.1.
registry — built for desktop browsers, with a phone layout below
768px: windows stack as full-width cards and the taskbar becomes a
scrollable bottom sheet (ADR 0004; roadmap step 3.1).

provider; users bring their own API keys, which stay in their
browser and travel per-request, never at rest on a server.
