Adds Moni Proxy under a new Mobile subsection in API Debugging and Mocking.
Moni Proxy is a mobile-first HTTP/HTTPS debugging proxy that captures, inspects, mocks and replays API traffic directly on iOS and Android — no computer, no jailbreak, no root required. It fills a gap in this section, which currently lists only Hosted and Desktop tools.
