feat(example): start the reader at John 3

Purpose

Experimental, do not merge. Bounded React web QE pilot for YPE-5972 under YPE-5778.

Change the Vite example Bible Reader's initial chapter from John 1 to John 3. Keep the default book and Bible version unchanged. No SDK library behavior or public API change is intended.

Scope

• One example configuration change.
• Empty changeset: this experiment is not intended for package release.
• A fresh QE agent will assess affected coverage and verify against a local build using HINQA.
• No deployment, corpus promotion, or merge is authorized. Close this Draft PR after the experiment is reviewed.

Validation

• Diff whitespace check passed.
• Local dependency installation completed with frozen lockfile.
• Build and product validation pending; no passing product claim yet.
