The batch-mode feat rolled the pending release from 1.26.5 to a minor, so the note has to move with it or the release-notes gate blocks the PR. Folded the batch-mode measurements into the same entry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
