Replays the complete FastLED migration foundation onto the actual current mainline after PR #216 recorded a merge commit that diverged from the main ref. Includes bounded command/schema, error context, TOML/JSON/source facades, owned WebSocket upgrades/splits, and owned PTY sessions with Unix coverage. Also corrects the pre-existing Windows private-file ACL verifier to accept Windows inherited ACE propagation flags without broadening its owner/SYSTEM-only policy. Prepares the unique 0.1.2 release; crates.io publication remains gated by the existing PUBLISH_CRATES_IO repository variable.
