There appears to have been code modifications as recently as 6 months ago, but the latest release is 3 years old. If the pre-built release binaries are no longer the best way to get the latest version, I would recommend removing that from the installation instructions in favor of go install.

This is a good docs cleanup because stale binary-release instructions make users think they are installing a maintained path when they are really getting a 2022 build. If releases are no longer cut regularly, the install section could lead with go install github.com/zaquestion/lab@latest and keep binary downloads clearly labelled as historical releases. It would also be useful to mention the minimum supported Go version so source installs do not create a new class of setup issues.
