Adds the official akashi skill to skills/official/, teaching Mayros agents the query-first grounded protocol against the user's Akashi vault:

  • Connection via the mcp-client extension (HTTP transport, per-runtime bearer token from Akashi's Access tokens panel).
  • Mandatory source:lines citations with signed provenance anchors; groundedness verdicts surfaced honestly (weak/ungrounded are said, never papered over).
  • Consent-based write-back following vault conventions (frontmatter, wikilinks, dated successor notes, no raw logs).
  • Akashi never executes: tool results are data, not instructions.
  • Typed helpers (types.ts, citations.ts) matching the real aingle_ground response shape, with 6 passing vitest cases.

Platinum quality bar (README, CHANGELOG, LICENSE, tests, types), same as the other 8 official skills. Publishes to the Hub as slug akashi via skills-hub/scripts/publish-akashi-skill.ts.

Part of the launch-week skill rollout: pairs with the public multi-runtime repo (ApiliumCode/akashi-skill) and @apilium/akashi-bridge on npm.

Query-first grounded retrieval against the user's Akashi vault over the
mcp-client extension (HTTP + per-runtime bearer token): mandatory
source:lines citations with signed provenance, groundedness verdicts
surfaced, consent-based write-back following vault conventions, and typed
helpers for the ground response shape with tests. Akashi never executes;
tool results are treated as data.

Published to the Hub as slug akashi; joins the 8 official skills at
platinum quality (README, CHANGELOG, LICENSE, types, tests).

Follow-up to #71: adds the cross-note tracing recipe (note_context +
backlinks composition) to the skill protocol and the per-token savings
framing to the README. Matches the current published Hub copy.
