Correct the stale assignment-delivery record: PR #2977 is merged and blocker #2981 is closed, with both multiple assignments and explicit importer-or-unassigned mapping on main. STATUS and the masterplan now separate that delivered contract from its tracked permission/webhook residuals and the future effort-estimate work.
Verification: live GitHub merge/issue state; #2977's merge is an ancestor of the tested base f0eb7a3; current import-validator contract inspected. node scripts/check-docs-governance.mjs, node scripts/check-doc-links.mjs (698 Markdown files, zero broken relative links), and git diff --check pass. Original behavioral tests were not rerun for this documentation correction. No human checkbox or issue #2240/#2981 state changed.
