feat(previews): sign in to PR previews with a shared access key - #1506
Conversation
Previews run the development auth instance, where reviewers have no account. On a pr-<n> stage with a test auth key, the sign-in page now shows a "PR preview" form: the shared PREVIEW_SIGNIN_KEY buys a single-use sign-in ticket for a preview-only reviewer user and org, created on first use. `bun run preview:signin <pr>` prints the same as a signed-in link. The smoke test provisions the reviewer and seeds its org.

…us probe - Provisioning checks membership in the Preview org by name, not any org. - The smoke script seeds the reviewer's Preview org rather than its first membership. - The sign-in route's status probe gives up after 3s, so a slow API cannot hold back the sign-in card.

Problem
PR previews run the development auth instance. Reviewers have no account there, so nobody could get past the sign-in page of a preview.
